Hand Crank Generator
- Used to generate DC Voltage & Current to charge the 12V Ni-Cd Battery used in HF Radio
- Hand cranking at 80 rpm generates the required DC Voltage and Current
- Housed in an Aluminum die cast enclosure

Chip Burning Unit
- Used for removing chips produced by gears, ball-bearings, transmission lines etc. in the helicopters by using electrical power pulses automatically
- Size and number of the chips burnt and corresponding date and time information are stored in CBU’s memory throughout the flight and also displayed in the cockpit
- Data can be downloaded to PC for analysis and maintenance, and configuration of CBU parameters can be done using PC
- Transmits processed parameters continuously during the flight for display in the cockpit
